The controller of your personal data is, as applicable, the company Proteina Mea SRL., owner of IKIGAI (hereby referred to as “the Company” or „IKIGAI”) a limited liability company organized and functioning in accordance with the legislation applicable in Romania, being registered and authorized under no. J5/1656/2017.

We may share your personal data with other consultants (with whom we cooperate in the provision of services) and specialists (including technologists) or experts involved in the services we provide.

IKIGAI implemented technical and organizational measures to organize the process and specific criteria for the retention of your personal data.
We will cease any processing of your personal data when it is no longer reasonably required for the Permitted Purposes or when you withdraw your consent (if applicable) and there are no compelling legitimate grounds for IKIGAI to continue processing of your personal data.
